When a roof is past repairing, patching it again only buys time. Our replacement service strips the old roofing back to the structure, fixes what’s underneath, and installs a new roof built to take Aruba’s sun, salt air and trade winds.
A leak is rarely where the drip is. Water travels along beams, ceilings and walls before it shows, so we trace it back to the real source (a cracked seal, failed flashing, a blocked drain, a broken tile) and fix that, not just the stain.
Many Aruban homes have flat concrete roofs, and the sun is relentless on them. Over time the surface cracks, water finds its way in, and the heat soaks straight through into the rooms below.
Torch-on membrane is laid with an open flame, and every seam depends on how well it was torched. In our experience that’s where it fails: under Aruba’s sun the seams and edges start to come loose, and the water follows. That’s why we don’t install it.
A roof that gets looked after lasts longer. Our maintenance visits catch loose tiles, failing seals and blocked drains while they’re still small, cheap fixes.

It depends on the age and condition of the roof and how widespread the damage is. We start with an honest inspection and will tell you if a repair or a coating will do the job. We don’t sell replacements that aren’t needed.
Aruba’s strong sun breaks down roof surfaces and heats the rooms below. A reflective waterproof coating seals small cracks, reflects much of that heat and can add years to the life of a flat concrete roof.
