A roof that gets looked after lasts longer. Our maintenance visits catch loose tiles, failing seals and blocked drains while they’re still small, cheap fixes.

It’s worth doing before rainy season, after strong winds, when you’re buying or selling a property, or simply when it’s been a few years since anyone went up there.

Roof Maintenance & Inspections: your questions

How often should a roof in Aruba be checked?

Once a year is a good rule, ideally just before the rainy season (October to January), and again after strong winds. Small problems found early are much cheaper to fix.

What do you check during a roof inspection?

Cracks and weak spots, seals and flashing, drains and gutters, loose or broken tiles and shingles, and signs of water getting in. You get an honest report with photos, and we tell you what can wait and what can’t.
