Flat Roof Membrane in Aruba (No Torch-On)
A premium membrane system for flat roofs, installed without torch-on, made for the Aruba sun.
Torch-on membrane is laid with an open flame, and every seam depends on how well it was torched. In our experience that’s where it fails: under Aruba’s sun the seams and edges start to come loose, and the water follows. That’s why we don’t install it.
Instead we use a premium membrane system. It’s installed without an open flame, the sheets join into one continuous, watertight layer, and its light, reflective surface sends much of the sun’s heat back up, so the rooms below stay cooler.

Premium Flat Roof Membrane: your questions
Why don’t you install torch-on membrane?
In our experience torch-on doesn’t last on Aruba roofs: it’s laid with an open flame, every seam depends on the torching, and under the strong sun the seams and edges tend to come loose. We install a premium membrane system instead.
How is your membrane different from torch-on?
There’s no open flame on your roof: the sheets join into one watertight layer without torching, and the light, reflective surface keeps much of the sun’s heat out instead of absorbing it.
Can you replace an old torch-on roof?
Yes. We inspect the old roof, repair the deck and drains where needed and install our premium membrane. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Is the membrane roof covered by your warranty?
Yes. Like every job we do, a membrane roof comes with our 10-year warranty, and the quote spells out exactly what’s covered.
