How do you find where a roof leak is coming from?
Water travels along beams and ceilings before it shows, so the stain is rarely right under the leak. We inspect the roof and trace the water back to its source, such as a cracked seal, failed flashing, a blocked drain or a broken tile, and fix that.
What should I do while I wait for the repair?
Move furniture and electronics away from the drip, catch the water and take a photo of the stain and the roof. Send the photos to us on WhatsApp at +297 741 4810; we can often tell you what’s wrong before we come out.
Do you repair leaks on metal, tile, shingle and flat concrete roofs?
Yes, all of them. And if the leak has already damaged a ceiling or wall, our home restoration team repairs that too, with the same 10-year warranty.
